What information we collect

In order to process and dispatch your order we have to collect some of your personal details. These include your name, email and delivery address. You enter these details during the checkout process or upon registering an account at We cannot process any orders without having your name, email and delivery address. We might also keep any correspondence in case you contact us.

We may also collect information about your computer or mobile device, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and web analytics. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual and we will not collect personal information in this way.

How we use your personal information

We will never share your email address with third-party providers unless you subscribe to our newsletter. We require every customer to provide a valid email address when placing an order at our website or registering an account. We will only use this email to communicate with you regarding any changes to your order or account unless you choose to subscribe to our newsletter as well.

Your name and delivery address is going to be displayed on the postage label of your order and hence it is shared with Royal Mail or courier delivery providers. This is the only way that we would ever share your delivery details with any third-party provider, otherwise your name and delivery address are never used or shared internally or externally apart from the shipping process.

We have an optional field to enter your phone number during the checkout process. This is entirely up to a customer whether to enter this information or not and the only time we will use this is to inform you in case there are any issues with shipping or delivering your order and we couldn’t reach you via email. Your phone number will be stored on our secure server and will never be shared with any third party individuals or companies.

Once placing an order you provide us with the required payment for the goods. CosNatural uses two payment providers: PayPal and SagePay in order to process each payment. Your billing address is the only information that is kept by CosNatural as we use this to generate your order invoice. We do not have access to any of your card details used to make the payment. All your card details are processed and stored by either PayPal or SagePay. We chose not to process and store our customers’ bank card details as this is a more secure option for our customers.
