In these terms “we” means Cosnatural Ltd (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly) and “you” means any our website user whether purchasing our products or not (and “your” will be construed accordingly)

Changes to the Terms
We retain the right to change or amend these Terms at any stage without prior notice. It is your responsibility to remain up to date with our Terms. If for some reason you do not agree with any changes or updates to our Terms you must refrain from using this website. If you use our website after the amendments to our Terms have been made it is automatically assumed that you consent to the new or updated Terms.

When you place your order on our website it is treated as an offer to purchase and we retain the right to cancel your order. We enter into a binding agreement with you only when we send a confirmation email that your order is despatched.
When you place your order on our website we will send a confirmation email with the details of your order. If any product you have ordered is not available we will contact you offering replacement or full refund. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and it will usually take us 1-2 working days. However we reserve the right to extend this period and will send you a confirmation email with despatch details. We will only despatch your order once we receive a full payment for the order.
All prices on our website are quoted in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates but exclude delivery costs which are detailed below. We may change the prices on our website at any time and without any prior notice.
We must receive full payment from you for an order before we despatch the Products. You can pay using any major credit/debit card or PayPal account. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used for any order placed is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to a validation check and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
Cosnatural will send the purchased goods to you as soon as possible after we receive your order but we cannot be responsible for delay in delivery for any cause out of our control.
Your order will normally be despatched within 24-48 hours if you place it between Monday and Friday. Any orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or a courier.
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
*PLEASE NOTE: Avril nail polishes, Alba Botanica Aerosol Sprays and A'kin Dry Shampoo can only be sent within the UK.
For all international orders there is a 2kg limit. If your order is over 2kg, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is despatched. After that you should normally receive your order within estimated delivery time shown in the table above. However some delays in the Royal Mail services are possible especially during festive seasons.
*PLEASE NOTE: COSNATURAL WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. Any customs CHARGES are the sole responsibility of the customer AND you WILL need to pay IT directly TO THE LOCAL CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES REGARDING IMPORTS TAXES OR DUTIES, YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
During the ordering process, please ensure that you specify the full and correct address for delivery including your full postal code and your contact telephone number. If you have entered an incorrect address and your order has been sent, we shall not be held responsible for non-delivery, any loss or damage to your products and we will not be able to replace your order. If Royal Mail returns your parcel to us, we will charge you for redelivery to the correct address. No refunds are payable under these circumstances.
The order is considered to be lost only if it has not been delivered within 28 days in the UK and 36 days worldwide. Though it is unlikely for deliveries to take such length of time, we are unable to arrange replacement or refund earlier.
We recommend you to inspect your purchased products upon receipt. If you discover that the products were damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com
In case your order is lost or damaged please follow our Return, Exchange and Refund Procedure below.
After placing your order, you have the right to cancel it at any time up to 7 days after the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage cost).
If you contact us before your order is despatched, we will not send the product/s to you and will refund the full payment including postage cost within 15 days.
If you inform us of your decision to cancel your order after it has been despatched or after it has been delivered to you, you will need to follow our Return, Exchange and Refund Procedure below.
Return, Exchange and Refund Procedure
If you wish to return the product/s, please first advise us by emailing your intentions to firstname.lastname@example.org
Products returned under this Procedure shall be sent by recorded delivery to:

Please note that we will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used product for reasons of hygiene.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this procedure unless the product is incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged in which case we will pay the postage.
We will arrange a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this returns procedure excluding the original delivery cost and charges of returning the product to us.
The refund will be processed within 15 days following the day your returned product is received. The refund will only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will contact you when the returned product has been received and inform you when the credit has been made to your card account.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery fee.
For reasons of hygiene, some products such as unsealed mascaras, eyeliners, lip glosses, lipsticks, deodorants roll-on, etc. cannot be returned unless they remain sealed or are faulty. See more details in the individual product descriptions.
Whether the gift has been added to your order, this gift should be returned together with the rest of your order unopened and unused. If you do not return the gift product together with your order or the gift is not returned in resalable condition, we will deduct full retail price of the gift from your refund.
Discount/promotion/special offerFrom time to time we offer discount/promotion/special offer codes. You must enter the code at the checkout in the special code box. Enter the code correctly as it is case and space sensitive. Please make sure to use only relevant codes on your order as if you are not eligible for any particular code - discount/promotion/special offer, it will not be included in your order. You can only use one code per order.
Occasionally we will add some free samples of different products to your order. This is subject to availability and the samples we have in stock. If you decide to cancel your order, the samples should be returned to us together with the other purchased products in accordance with our Return Policy.Gifts with purchase
This is subject to availability and we reserve the right to change the advertised gift with another product of the same value. If you decide to cancel your order, the gift should be returned as well. Please see our Return, Exchange and Refund Procedure above for more details.
Disclaimer and our limitation on liability
All of the information on our website and all of the product descriptions are presented to you for educational purposes only. We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of this information. We retain the right to change any information on this website at any time without prior notice. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of this website or its content. Sometimes we might need to shut the website down for technical or any other reasons. We retain the right to do so without prior notice and for an indefinite period of time, hence we cannot be held liable if our website is not available to use.
We list all the products’ ingredients on our website as provided by the manufactures and hence we shall not be held responsible in cases of incorrect and insufficient ingredients lists provided by manufactures. We strongly recommend reading all ingredients lists of the products you purchase and carry-out a patch test* for each product before using it. We shall not be held responsible for any sensitivities or allergic reactions caused by the use of the products we sell. If in doubt please contact your GP or health adviser before using any of the products.We work only with registered and reputable distributors and manufacturers to ensure that the products you purchase are of the finest quality. You should use the products only as directed on its packaging, store it in accordance to the recommendations and use it before the expiry date. In cases where there is no expiry date on the product we recommend the product be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
If any losses or damage are suffered as a result of our breach of these Terms we shall only be liable for up to a maximum value of the total purchase price of your order.
*To carry out a patch test place a small amount of the product on the inside elbow or behind the ears for 48-72 hours. If irritation, itching, swelling or redness occurs do not use the product.Copyrights
